The new hit new interactive comedy experience ‘The Zombie Wedding‘ (from the producers of ‘Tony and Tina’s Wedding’) returns to NYC in July! After a number of successful performances around the tri-state area on Friday, July 8th the show will hit Manhattan at The Cutting Room (44 E 32nd Street, NYC). There will be a pre-wedding reception at 6:30pm with Free Zombie Makeup from the crew with ‘The Haunt at Rocky Ledge‘! The show will start at 8pm. You can buy your tickets HERE before they sell out!

‘The Zombie Wedding’ is a new interactive comedy, the hilarious marriage of a human bride to a zombie groom. The show is set just after the zombie apocalypse, at a time when humans and zombies are trying to live together in harmony – without eating each other’s brains! During the reception, the living mingle and dance with the undead, leading to a series of outrageous events. Luckily, there’s a Zombie Task Force on hand to keep things under control. Or at least they try! You are invited to be a guest at the wildest zombie dance party since the apocalypse!

The production is written and directed by Greg D’Alessandro and produced by Joe Corcoran, who originally presented the granddaddy of all interactive comedies, “Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding,” which is the longest running comedy in Off-Broadway history.

Audience members are encouraged to wear their zombie finest to the wedding, which features plenty of interaction with humans and zombies. The evening includes dancing (including every zombie’s favorite: the Thriller dance). No need to bring the bride and groom a gift – just come ready to wake up the dead!”

‘The Zombie Wedding’ backstory –

The Zombie Apocalypse has affected every aspect of our lives. It began with that nasty bed bug infestation, which quickly spread to farm animals and chiropractors. Noxious bedbugs seeped into the water supply. Hundreds of humans became zombies and the undead rose from local graveyards. The Center for Zombie Control (CZC) acted swiftly to contain the virus and stabilize the crisis. Now, zombies and humans are trying their best to live in peace and harmony. And guess what? Zombie bites are on the decline!

Ashley Morgan was engaged to Zack Porter before The Zombie Apocalypse and… he got bit. Ashley didn’t want to cancel her wedding to her dream man. She believes in true love. And he loves her with that shriveled little heart he has rotting in his chest. If only they had another brain.

You are invited to the first EVER wedding between a zombie and a human!
