Next main NYC Crawl – May 27th in Brooklyn!

MAY 4th UPDATE: We are adding venues to the beginning of the crawl at 3:30pm with the main venue being moved to Trash Bar (256 Grand Street  Brooklyn, NY) with a secondary venue at Grand Victory! There is also another stop added at Spike Hill at 7pm with a free show from Nassau Chainsaw! All venues are 21+ and will have drink specials from Pabst Blue Ribbon and Sailor Jerry Rum! We’ve also announced more action for the afterparty, see below! Also, out-of-town zombies can stay at the NY Loft Hostel for $60, it’s right by the crawl!

The time is drawing near, the 6^th annual springtime NYC Zombie Crawl is returning to Williamsburg to invade Brooklyn! We’re going to have some previews of the upcoming Resident Evil 6 as well as some cool giveaways and contests that will be revealed soon.  The main events are all 21+ so look for some adult zombie fun this year! We’ll be announcing more acts for the after party soon too!

The NYC Zombie Crawl event on May 27th will go down as follows:

3:30pm -6:00pm – Trash Bar – (256 Grand Street) 21+ only – The first location where fans can meet up to become zombies through our zombie makeup artists and zombies who attend already made up can converge and get ready for the day’s festivities. We’ll have professional makeup artists on hand to provide makeup for a very small fee. Also drink specials and open bar TBA! There is also zombie action at Grand Victory (245 Grand St) with a live performance from Misfits cover band  Skeletal Life at 5pm!

6:00pm – Zombies will bleed again through the streets of Williamsburg, down Bedford Avenue to McCarren Park where we’ll have the usual zombie contests, raffles and giveaways and more surprises.

7:00pm – Spike Hill (186 Bedford Ave) – FREE show with Metal and Flesh Hooks by Nassau Chainsaw DisGraCeLand Demolition Committee and drink specials from Pabst!

8:30pm- NY Zombie Afterparty at Public Assembly (70 N 6th St, Brooklyn, NY 11211) $12 for zombies, $15 for humans, 21 + only for tons of bloody good fun including drink specials and open bar TBA from Pabst and Sailor Jerry as well as;
- Live music from Bikini Carwash (9p) and Fucking Bullshit (9:45p)!
- Smut Cave – A live talk show featuring everyone’s favorite pervert, the Spleunker! Check a preview video below
- Live and Undead, the Rigor Mortis Revue will be providing zombie and horror burlesque!
- Previews of Resident Evil 6, the new video game from Capcom
- STRIP FOR PAIN – America’s Most Dangerous Gameshow at Midnight with the girls of Burning Angel.com!
- Late night Hot Zombie Contest – Show us your undead – looking for the sexiest and coolest zombie costumes for some great prizes from our sponsors!
There will be sexy zombie go-go, undead comedians and plenty of other gory fun to be announced, you don’t want to miss it!

NJ Zombie Beauty Pageant and New Zombie Book!

Greetings Ghouls!

Hope everyone had a bloody good holiday season! We’re in the planning stages for our 6th annual springtime NYC Zombie Crawl which will take place on Sunday, May 27th in Brooklyn! Mark your calenders, we’ll have more info in the coming months!

For those who cant wait to get their zombie on, this Saturday, February 18th Gorgeous and Gory Pinups is hosting a Zombie Beauty Pageant in New Jersey starting at 9pm at Roxy & Dukes (745 Boundbrook Road, Dunellen, NJ). Rounds include the Toxic Talent portion, bloody bathing-suit, eternal evening attire and more!

Also, there is a new zombie book which has just been released, “Zombie Eye for the Living Guy“, from Marion Street Press. Through cultivating the undeniable charisma of the living dead, you, too, can have zombie sex appeal. Richly photographed by Alexander Colby, this advice book explains how you can dress, groom, exercise, eat, date, decorate, and shamble like a real zombie. Zombie Holiday Beauty Pageant at Beauty Bar NYC Dec 18th!

UPDATE: Thanks to all our bloody, sexy holiday zombies who participated and partied at the pageant! We had a blast, much thanks to Michael Stewart and Erica at the Beauty Bar as well as our judges Steve Dash (Jason from Friday the 13th Pt 2), Jess Raj from the Gorgeous and Gory Pinups, Goddess Shea and Our Lady of Perpetual PMS from the Gorgeous Ladies of Blood Wrestling!

The 5^th Annual Drop Dead Gorgeous Zombie Beauty Pageant at the NYC Beauty Bar is on Sunday, December 18^th starting at 9pm – 231 E 14th St btwn 2nd and 3rd Ave! As always it’s FREE but you must be 21 + to enter!

Come get bloody and have some ghoulish holiday fun! Prizes for sexiest and most festive zombies! XXXmas zombies, Hanukkah zombies, Kwanza Zombies, Festivus Zombies or whatever you celebrate! All are welcome!

As always the NYC Zombie Crawl will be providing makeup to the beautiful contestants in the Beauty Pageant (Females only) but it is recommended that contestants come in your original zombie best to the event! We’re happy to help you with your costume or any appliances or makeup you bring as well but a big part of the contest is how original you are!

We’ll also be doing a holiday  zombie costume contest as well so guys and gals can all compete in that separately from the pageant, you just sign up for that at the event!

Next Crawl – October 16th – Manhattan!!

Greetings Boils and Ghouls!

We’re gearing up for the main crawl event this SUNDAY October 16th! Pabst Blue Ribbon will be hosting an open PBR bar at the afterparty and a photo booth starting at 8:30pm and we have a new sponsor with an awesome product we’ll be promoting – ZOMBIEBOOTH! It’s an awesome mobile app that turns anyone into a 3D Zombie! We have a funny powerpoint presentation about the Walking Dead and we’ll also be doing the late night HOT ZOMBIE CONTEST again!

A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to help our brother Spliff, the father of DisGraCeLand Hook Squad – you can also donate here!

Download the ZombieBooth App as we will be doing some afterparty ticket giveaways to the first 10 people to post pics at the event on the ZOMBIEBOOTH Facebook Page!

It’s all going to kick off at the Beauty Bar NYC by Union Square (231 E 14th St in Manhattan btwn 2nd and 3rd Ave). from 4pm-6pm with the zombie meet up and makeup. Our zombie makeup technicians will be charging a small fee to create zombies or you can bring out your dead! It’s 21 to drink zombie drink specials or enter the bar, but all ages are welcome to join us for the crawl event at 6pm!

At 6pm the madness begins as we crawl through the East Village. This year we’re honored to have Angelo Moore aka Dr. MaddVibe (also frontman of the legendary Fishbone) as a part of the event! We will be shooting the crawl as part of a new Dr. MaddVibe music video and Dr. MaddVibe will also be performing at the official after party!

After shooting for the music video and on the way to the final stop, around 7:30pm we’ll take a break at the Continental NYC (25 Third Avenue between St. Marks Place & 9th St.,New York, NY 10003), $2 Pabst Blue Ribbon 16oz cans and home of the “$10 for 5 shots of anything” special, need I say more!

The location for the official after-party is ARLENE”S GROCERY (95 Stanton St, New York, NY 10002) and will start at 8:30pm. It’s 21 + and tickets are $10 if you are a zombie, $12 for civilians. FREE Pabst Blue Ribbon from 8:30pm-9:00pm!
